Luv Bugz Closest values our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a limited return and refund policy since most items are pre-worn and have gone through a thorough hand inspection of each and every item to be free of stains, tears, have all buttons, snaps and working zippers (except for our bumps & bruises category). SHIPPING
- As we are a small business please allow 48 business hours excluding holidays from the date of purchase for orders to be processed and fulfilled, to be ready for shipping. During live and sale events please allow up to 5 business days from date of purchase. These times do not include any holidays that may occur during business shipping times. If there is any delays caused by the shipping & delivery carriers, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware of the delay.
- Customers will receive a tracking number provided to you via email as soon as the tracking number is provided when the shipping label is created after the order is fulfilled and ready for shipment.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless your order is over $75 or more. You are responsible for the return shipping costs if you return any NEW item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Luv Bugz Closet is not responsible for lost ,stolen or damaged packages and/or items in the package.
- During the winter holiday season, please be aware of the cut-off times provided to us by the shipping carriers on our home page and Shop Our Closet Page.
- Orders only ship Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. During the winter holiday season, orders will ship Monday-Saturday.
- Orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
RETURNS
PRE-LUV'D ITEMS
We don't offer refunds on any pre-luv'd item.
Items must QUALIFY for a store credit and must be done within 14 days from date of purchase.
- If you received an incorrect item we will be happy to correct the mistake by sending you the correct item once we receive the incorrect item back. We will provide you a return label to ship the item back to us. Item must be in the condition in which it was received. All tags need to be on item and intact. Item needs to have not been worn, free of odors, rips, tears, stains and if it has buttons all buttons are on item, if it has snaps all snaps must be on items and in working condition, if it has a zipper the zipper must be intact and in working condition.
- If you receive an item that was damaged during delivery, you will receive store credit for the amount you purchased the item. You may use the store credit towards another item of your choice equal to the original items price. The store credit is only for the purchase price of the item not including shipping costs as they are non-refundable. Please contact us at contactus@luvbugzcloset.com as soon as you received the damaged item(s) and please keep all shipping items. We will contact you with instructions on how to return the damaged item(s) back to us and any other instructions we may have.
- All tags must still be on item.
NEW ITEMS
We don't offer refunds on any new items.
Items must QUALIFY for a store credit and must be done within 14 days from the date of order.
If you need to return a new item it must have the following:
- Be in original package.
- Must not have been worn.
- Must still have ALL tags (Manufacture tags, Luv Bugz Closet tags - White, Pink or Blue) intact and on the item.
- Must not have any stains, odors, animal hairs, tears or rips.
- If item has buttons all button must still be on item.
- If item has snaps all snaps must still be on item and work.
- If item has zipper the zipper must still be intact and work.
- If item has accessories that come with the item (not added purchased accessories) those accessories also must be still attached to the outfit with tag(s) intact. All accessories must still comply with the above qualifications.
- Contact us as soon as you have a qualifying item that you will be returning so that we are aware it is being returned and please explain for the reason of the return.
You will be responsible for the shipping to return the item. Please review our shipping policy before making any returns. Once we receive the item, we will inspect the item and make sure the item qualifies for store credit. Once we deem the item is qualified you will receive an email informing you and the amount you received for store credit minus shipping costs as shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.
